What’s For Breakfast?

Happy Friday!!! We made it!! TGIF! I am so thankful that the weekend is here! I’ve been busy getting caught up on house work today! After getting my workout in, I decided to start my day with one of my favorite breakfasts! Cream of Wheat!! And as a kid I hated it! But now as an adult I love it. Sometime I eat it plain, sometimes with a mashed banana, sometimes with honey, sometimes with a fruit spread…really anything goes well with cream of wheat. This is what I was feeling this morning…

I follow the directions on the box. I used water to make the cream of wheat, added a drizzle of honey, a handful of blueberries, and a splash of coconut milk…so yummy!

This is the brand I like best: Cream Of Wheat Enriched Farina 2.5 Min 28 oz

This is filling, good for you, low in calories, quick and easy. Give it a whirl and let me know what you think…or give me some suggestions! I’m game! 😀
