Who loves a good ol cup of coffee?! I DO! I am a big fan! Of course I would love to have a cup of Starbs everyday…but that would break the bank. So a couple of years ago I decided to make my gourmet coffees at home. I got a Ninja Coffee Bar System and loved it. However…that particular model gave me some problems after a while. It constantly said it needed to be cleaned (even after I cleaned it) and when it goes into that mode…none of the electronics on the screen would work…like I couldn’t see what time my preset brew was set for. Super annoying…but I made it work for about 6 months. I called the company and the best they could do (after trouble shooting it for an hour and not fixing it) was 20% off the same exact model. I was not happy. But the machine made really really good coffee. I was torn. So I did some research and kept coming back to the ninja system. So I put the newest model on my Christmas list and hoped like crazy they got the bugs worked out. My amazing Mom got it for me. I (so far) could not be happier.
It does both tea and coffee…which is double the fun! It’s super sleek looking and super easy to use! I love making just regular coffee but all the frilly coffee and teas is where it’s at! I wanted to show you how I made a flat white…which was extremely delicious!
First put your ground coffee in the filter. We have a really nice grinder so it just depends what I’m in the mood for. Right now we have a breakfast blend in beans and Blonde Starbucks already ground. I used the Starbucks.
With this ninja, I have made a (obviously) flat white, cappuccino, matcha green tea latte, vanilla latte, toffee coffee latte, Teavana cold and hot brews, cold brew coffee, Caramel macchiato, pumpkin spice latte, french vanilla iced coffee, mocha mint cooler, and an americano. I may have an addiction! lol! 😉 It’s all so good and so easy! I am no barista…so if I can do it so can you! And it’s way cheaper than going to Starbucks everyday! Save that for special occasions! I’ll link the ninja here! Happy brewing!
